Fotomodella d’altissimo rango
\nin piena forma sembri questa sera,
\npur sempre amica Luna,
\nnon si direbbe granch\u00e9 dilatata
\ndentro il gran sottozero
\nche rende ogni belletto menzonegro.
\nMa di certo un lievissimo cachino
\nti sfugge mentre adocchi sulla Terra
\nformicolar la gente assatanata:
\nperch\u00e9 ben sai
\nche gran parte del senno umano ormai
\nnel tuo mirabil tondo \u00e8 congelata.
\nInvano striglia Astolfo l’ippogrifo
\ned il carro d’Elia s’appresta invano.
\nAl mondo per le sue presenti mete,
